Good To Know - Booking Policies

Vehicle Condition
We do a quick walk-around with you before starting any job. Detailing can make existing scratches, swirls, or chips more visible once your car is clean — these are pre-existing conditions, not something caused during service.

Paint Correction Results
Paint correction significantly reduces swirls, scratches, and oxidation, but very deep damage may not be fully removable without repainting. We'll always be upfront if a scratch is too deep to fully correct.

Weather & Access
Some services (ceramic coating, paint correction) require dry, moderate conditions and can't be performed safely in rain, extreme heat, or direct sun. We may need to reschedule for weather — we'll always give as much notice as possible. Please ensure we have safe, legal access to your vehicle at the agreed location.

Personal Belongings
Please remove valuables and personal items before your appointment. Yorkville Detailing is not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

Ceramic Coating Care
Freshly applied ceramic coating needs time to bond and harden. Please keep your vehicle dry and avoid parking under trees for the first 24–48 hours, and avoid washing for at least 7 days. We'll walk you through full care instructions after every coating job.

Photos
We may take before/after photos of completed work for quality review and marketing (like our Instagram and gallery). Let us know at booking if you'd prefer to opt out.
