Yorkville Detailing is a mobile car detailing and ceramic coating business serving Toronto and the GTA. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a quote, book a call, text, call, or email us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, the address where you want the work done, and details about your vehicle (year, make, model, approximate kilometres, condition, and any photos you send).
Information from your appointment. Appointment dates and times, the services performed, notes about your vehicle's condition, and before and after photos of your vehicle.
Information collected automatically. Our website is hosted by Squarespace. When you visit, Squarespace may use cookies and similar technologies to collect basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device, and the pages you view. We use this to keep the site working and to see general visitor statistics.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Respond to your quote requests and questions
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and perform services
- Contact you about your appointment, including weather changes
- Keep records of the work we have done on your vehicle
- Improve our services and our website
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Photos of your vehicle
We may take before and after photos of completed work for quality review and to show our work on our website and Instagram. If you would prefer we don't use photos of your vehicle, let us know at booking or any time after, and we will stop using them.
Who we share information with
We only share your information with service providers that help us run the business, such as Squarespace (website and contact form), Calendly (booking calls), and our email and phone providers. These providers may store information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessed under local laws. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Our Gino's Garage Picks page contains Amazon affiliate links. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases. If you click one of these links, Amazon may set cookies and collect information about your visit. Amazon's own privacy notice applies to anything you do on its site.

How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required for our business and tax records. After that, we delete it.

Our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
